How to make a replacement/return request?

You can return or replace an item you bought from the Techie Store within 15 calendar days from the day you received it.

1. Go to Your Order to display your recent orders.
   
2. Select the item you want to return, and click on Return Request.
3. Select an option from the Return or Replacement, and fill the reason for return field.
4. Submit the return request. The Techie team will review requests process according to your request and contact you for the same within 24 Hrs to 48 Hrs.
